KYC information such as PAN, partial Aadhaar reference, residential address and partial bank account details, collected to meet identification obligations.

Transaction information covering your investments, payments, payouts and related references.

Technical information such as device, browser and log data used to secure the platform.

To verify your identity, operate your account, process investments and payments, provide support, produce statements and reports, prevent fraud, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with payment and banking partners, KYC and verification providers, professional advisers and auditors, and with regulators or law-enforcement authorities where legally required.

Your referring agent can see limited information necessary for servicing — your name, contact details, KYC status and the investments attributed to them. Agents cannot see your full KYC identifiers or bank credentials.

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with access restricted by role. Sensitive identifiers are minimised, and access to administrative functions is limited to authorised personnel.

No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password and report suspicious activity immediately.

We retain account, KYC and transaction records for the period required by applicable Indian law and for the resolution of disputes, after which records are deleted or anonymised.

You may access and correct your profile information from your account, request a copy of your records, or request deletion where no legal retention obligation applies.
